  •  If changes to the STERIS T&C’s or Government PO, appropriate approval signatures have been obtained
  •  If signature required on Customer Purchase Order (no agreement # listed), appropriate signature must be obtained


Agreement Header Set Up

  •  Credit Status field is blank – If populated, refer to Credit Account Statuses job aide
  •  Bill to Address is Primary Active or Active in Siebel and matches the Signed Contract and/or Hardcopy PO 
  •  Start and End Dates match Signed Contract and/or Hardcopy PO
  •  Multi Year End Date Field populated
  •  Sub Status field populated, if applicable
  •  PO # matches activation documentation

 

Line Items Set up

  • Start and end dates in Line Detail are correct
  • Start date is after warranty end date
  • Line Items are at correct end user account and address
  • Equipment status confirmed and coverage type
  • M!Link SN status updated
  • M!Link Equipment Contact information entered, if applicable
  • Coverage type on lines match Signed Contract and/or Hardcopy PO
  • Start and End Date are the same for lines with ‘Declined Equipment Add’ status
  • Dollars on lines match Signed Contact and/or Hardcopy PO, if applicable 
  • Entitlement(s) built and match Coverage Type
  • PM schedule and inspection frequency are accurate
  • Chamber cleaning schedule is accurate

 

 Invoicing Set Up

  •  Invoice Method/Schedule/Timing match Signed Contract and/or Hardcopy PO
  •  Line Price Total matches activation documentation
  •  Invoice Schedule Built and Amount is equal to/or is less than the Line Price Total
    • If 1x billable CC, invoice schedule on 25th of the month cleaning is scheduled 
  • PO # on invoice lines match header
